How to Use a CO₂ Fire Extinguisher Correctly
Pull the safety pin at the top of the extinguisher.
Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire (not flames).
Squeeze the handle to release CO₂ in short bursts.
Sweep side-to-side until the fire is fully extinguished.
Key Notes
Works best on electrical/flammable liquid fires.
Avoid inhaling CO₂ gas; use in ventilated areas.
Never use on metal fires (Class D).
